When speaking to their customers, Nestlé Professional has traditionally focused on their individual products rather than how they might combine to create a final consumer experience. So we created a different approach to how they talk to their audience- by showing them what the end consumer would be excited to see. We thought about the moments that can be created by using Nestlé products, for instance, the moment diners sit down to an incredible Christmas meal at one of Nestle’s customers’ restaurants. By showing this moment, alongside the chef-designed meal plan (using Nestlé products) used to create it, we discovered a fresh, clean, more inspirational way of engaging with our audience that doesn’t see products as individual items but as part of something bigger and more exciting.
