HOW WE BROUGHT COFFEE SHOP COFFEE HOME
Millennials think instant coffee isn’t as good as coffee shop coffee. We needed to remind them that drinking coffee at home could deliver a coffee shop style experience.
WE CREATED COLLECTABLE COFFEE
Partnering with the University of the Creative Arts, we created packaging that felt different and meaningful because it was designed by our audience. Students produced stories and designs that connected with our shoppers.
Our audience became proud to buy NESCAFÉ Azera and wanted to show it off at home. Within the first four years of running Nescafé Azera By Design, we’d seen a sales uplift of £3.9m +29% repeat purchase rate.
