We invest in staff training from presentation skills workshops to online courses such as “equality in the workplace” and run

a mentoring program through PushFar where mentors and mentees can get the most out of the TWELVE community.

We believe that all of our people should be able to be their true self in the workplace and every employee completes mandatory Diversity and Inclusion training modules. We commit to pay equality, London Living Wage junior recruitment and a culture of fairness in everything we do.

Looking after the mental health of our people is a priority.  We have trained mental health first aiders, private health cover and a focus on a culture of openness and honesty to talk about any worries and support those who are struggling.

GIVING SOMETHING BACK

Weekends aren’t always long enough so, every Thursday is ‘Thirsty Thursday’ where we get together, share ideas, our latest work and have some time out as a team.  Every summer sees our annual festival ‘TWELVESTOCK’ - where we head off into the countryside and go camping.
