We launched the new NatWest ClearSpend app with a really clear, single-minded message, taking a digital-first, test-and-learn multichannel approach to drive maximum leads cost-effectively.
Over 10,000 customers signed up, and we hit our target four months early. It was so successful that we've now rolled it out to Ulster Bank and RBS.
